By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale period may impact this time due to high volume.

DELIVERIES  

Once the parcel has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier’s network. We do not accept any responsibility for delays due to the carrier’s network. Arlow Boutique is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. If your order is Return to Sender for any reason, the cost to have the package resent to you will be $10 

Please Note: The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. Arlow Boutique is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel ( for example, delays caused by a country’s customs/border control department), nor for any customs or any other taxes which may be imposed by your country.  

CUSTOM & DUTY CHARGES

Deliveries to Countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. You are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
